KAPLAN THALER GROUP
Kaplan Thaler Group is an advertising agency that specializes in witty, offbeat commercials; most famously known for creating the Aflac duck, and creating the book titled "Bang!" "Getting your message heard in a noisy world." The agency prides itself on coming up with clever/memorable ideas and took ownership over the "idea lightbulb" as part of their identity. When we started rebranding them, we wanted to show that ideation process coming to fruition in the logo. To achieve this, a gradient was placed behind the typography, to symbolize that a light has been turned on and an idea has formed.
